Broadway Diner in Columbia

Was looking for an old-fashioned cheeseburger. Y'all know the kind!! Finally found one!!!

If you like diner food, you will Love Broadway Diner. This is diner fare at its finest, rib sticking delight. Prices are cheap and food is excellent. Highly recommend.

The service was really good. But it is a little over priced for the level of quality if food. They do manage very well a very good service for the tightness of the place and the volume of customers they do get. I feel I'm paying for the device and not the food when I do go there.

One of those "don't miss" places! Delicious food, excellent staff, quick food and the atmosphere is wonderful. Will return.

Breakfast was pretty good with decent prices. Place is often packed.

Love this place! Lori (waitress) and Mike (cook) made it feel like breakfast at home! Great vibe, lots of local regulars and simple by fantastic food. What a treat!

Great food at a great price

Whether you are drunk, tired or simply hungry, this place is the Old Reliable of eateries. It's fast, clean, and comforting to be there. Staff are very friendly. It's a narrow walkway, but there is wheelchair access into the restaurant. Hours are a bit offbeat; they are open very late, and close at 2 pm. Check before you go! Reasonably priced diner fare in a family-friendly environment. It's also a favored student hangout.

I'd give them more than 5 stars if I could. David invited us in even though they were already closed. The staff was so nice. After discussing the homemade pies with the lady that made them we decided to have the Elvis pie. Don't miss it. Going for breakfast tommorrow.

If your looking for a nastalgic diner this is the place. Cute little diner with great food and excellent service. I had the Diner Eggs Benne which was amazing. Although for me anything smothered in gravy is best quality. I will be going back next time I'm in town.

The food is great, but one of the staff members was very rude. The man running the register was very rude when it came time for me to pay. I can understand if he was having a bad day, but he wasn't very nice to the waitresses either.

I love it there. The food is amazing and it’s at a good price. The people that work there are friendly and polite. The best part of it all is when I’m in a rush and I have to go there and pick up a sandwich real quick It’s ready in no time. I would truly recommend this place to other also I love how it’s set up the outside is completely gorgeous the inside is small and very tightly squeezed in but the service is wonderful and the timing of the food is perfect so I cannot complain about the inside being so small LOL

Nice feel to the place and staff but the food was rough. Hashbrowns were very oily and my fiancee ordered a blueberry pancake, which made her throw up as soon as we get home. Maybe it was just a bad day?

This place is so awsome, giving free br6and lunch for children in need. Great job!

A great place for breakfast. It can get a bit crowded but the line seems to move ok. The eggs and biscuits are great along with the bacon.

I went to the Broadway Diner this morning to try their cheese burger. Yep I ate a burger for breakfast. They say they have the best burger in Columbia. Well I can't agree with them on that one but I will say it is one of the best. The beef is not one of those frozen patties. It looks and tastes like good quality meat. Tasty and juicy, I really liked the burger. The fries on the other hand were not cooked the way I like them. Some people wouldn't have a problem with the fries I had today but for me they were under cooked. The fries were done but I like my fires crispy(er) and slightly browner, just my preference. The coffee was ok but I would not go back to the diner for their coffee. On the other hand I will be returning for another cheese burger, without the fries or coffee. Oh, the service was prompt, courteous and with a smile.

Had breakfast for the first time here! The coffee is really good and the donuts are out of sight!! Had one with cream cheese frosting sprinkled with cinnamon & sugar. Boy was it good!! Have you ever heard of bacon jam?? It is good too. Everything we ordered was wonderful and the service is the best!! Haven't had service like this in a long time!!

The best late night diner experience in Columbia! Great staff, great food. Biscuits and gravy are top notch. If you're really hungry treat yourself to a Matts dilemma or Whens World Collide.

Unique atmosphere with cheap prices. Very interesting menu. I had a very good experience here and I will be returning! Attracts a very special crowd of people 😊 Pictured is the doughnut burger royale with bacon jam and cream cheese. Delicious.

I tried Broadway Diner for the first time today. I had a great experience. Even though there were several tables with customers, my server was fast and friendly, and checked back often to top off my coffee. I had their signature Stretch dish and it did not disappoint. I'll definitely return next time I'm in the area.

Went here for breakfast and was met wit a very homey cafe vibe. The menu was a little big but full of great options. Food was both fast and delicous all at a great price. Definitely will return in the near future

I havent had a Double Bacon Cheeseburger like that in a Long time. Cooked to perfection! The service was absolutly wonderful. The price was perfect. I love little diners like this. They get all their meat right here in good ol' Missouri! And you can taste the freshness! The breakfast looks fantasric as well. Everyone needs to stop here for a bit to eat!!!

Go there nearly every Sunday. They always accommodate us and the baby. Service is always great same as food. It was one of the first places my wife and I went, now we take our families there when they visit. If you could give more than five stars I would.
